How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purpose of processing your applications. 

We also receive personal information indirectly from recruitment agencies. 

We use the information that you have given us in order to create an electronic applicant ticket, process your application, administer assessments, arrange interviews (including travel arrangements and reimbursements), provide accommodations, process interview feedback, and onboard successful candidates. 

We may share this information with our accountants and background check provider.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) We have a legitimate interest.

(b) We have a contractual obligation.

(c) We have a legal obligation. 

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep candidate information for 18 months. We will then dispose of your information by deleting your data in our ATS.
